NFL Back in Los Angeles in 2010?

Excerpt: Los Angeles - Rumors continue to circulate that not one, but two NFL teams may be coming to Los Angeles... and, if it does happen, it could be as early as next year!
John Semcken III from Majestic Realty is the man behind this project to bring football back to the City of Angels.
The interest is there... and has really gone up since October, when Governor Arnold Schwarzenegger signed a bill clearing the way for stadium construction in Industry.
